Director - Writer - Producer
Tierra Frost hails from the rainy city of Seattle, Washington.
With a unique perspective as a Black queer artist, she brings a fresh and dynamic voice to her craft. Her intersecting identities allow her to explore the complexities of the human condition fortifying her goal to enlighten, transform and bring together all audiences through the art of storytelling.
Tierra has honed her skills and expertise in various capacities working in locations, production offices and props departments on big budget productions such as Matrix 4 and Netflix’s 'They Cloned Tyrone.
She’s worked as a Creative Director for over 4 years under Black Screen Productions contributing to popular music artist DDG’s Storyteller(3.3M views) and popular streamer Kai Cenat’s Global Pursuit(20M views).
Tierra’s independently produced/directed/written short films have been showcased in various festivals(Tag!Queer Shorts, Black August, London Lesbian Film Festival) and Seattle’s Emmy Winning Black news network, Converge.
Currently an MFA-Directing student at Chapman’s renowned Dodge College.
